CellForm Ltd. develops and works with Polyurethane. Together with our customers we define according to the place of use if the element must be foamed or cast. Polyurethane offers many types of solutions. If it has to be a light and yet very stable special foam, a cast element with excellent mechanical qualities or a very tough integral foam. Polyurethane offers an enormous amount of possibilities. However it is very important to carry out a careful development and choice of the correct material.

CellForm Ltd. can improve the qualities according to the customers requirements. The use of various raw materials offers our customers and us various solutions.

Materials (volume, density in the elements)

• Isolation hard foam, furniture hard foam, industrial hard foam, very high density special hard foam, hard integral foam as well as light volume integral hard foam with a very strong special skin building in elements with volume 300
• Soft foam in various volumes 35 - 900 for various uses, pre-polymer soft foam formulas with good mechanical results, energy absorbing soft foam, visco elastic soft foams etc.
• Soft up to half hard integral foam systems from shore A 10 - shore A 98, visco elastic soft to half hard systems, various special adjustments are possible
• Polyurethane-casting resin and gels in any hardness and colours, from min. shore A 5 to shore D 85 in various solutions, glass clear systems
• Glass enforcement hard and cast resin solutions are also possible
• Special soft foam for the transport industry of people, like trains etc.

All used Polyurethane materials can in addition be treated to be fire resistant, antistatic, etc.
